A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

I want to first give a 5 star review on this locations bakery, especially the Decorator, Michelle J. Shes detail-oriented, passionate, friendly, and creative. I had two custom cakes done by her and I wont go anywhere else now. They also have unbeatable prices!

I have been a patron of Joes No Frills on Wellington Street in Barrie for years now and not only are all employees friendly, but very helpful. I am a real advocate of customer service and everyone connected with that store, exemplifies those qualities.
