Customer service is amazing at this location. I had a Fed Ex to send, and was given inaccurate info. by the Fed Ex line, to the effect that the pickup was 6PM (in fact, the last pick up at this location is 5PM albeit the store is open till 6PM). I had to be at an event for my children and was frustrated that I had missed the cutoff for an important package; but to my great surprise, the owner kindly offered to deliver it to a different location with a later cutoff, on his way home. Amazing!
