I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open. Highly recommend contacting the management team here if you have any questions or concerns.
