I'm Janice and I will be teaching your classes. I have been in the childbirth education field for over 13 years and I love what I do. I am a Certified childbirth and lactation educator, birth and postpartum doula, baby massage instructor and pre/postnatal fitness instructor. I received my childbirth education training through Humber College and Women's College Health Sciences Centre Childbirth Educator's Multi-discipline Program that took 3 years to complete and graduated with Honors. This comprehensive program was the only Childbirth Educator's program in Canada approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. I have a lot of experience teaching in a hospital setting and independently. I also have a wealth of experience providing support during labour, birth and in the postpartum period.
Lucy, founder of Orange Dot, is a mother of four children (Benjamin 10 yrs., Liam 7 yrs., Hudson 5 yrs, and RamiAnne 3 yrs.) who knows the importance of having a positive and rewarding pre and postnatal experience.

Sol Pilates & Yoga is able to complement your therapy with physiotherapists, chiropracters and massage therapists around posture, kyphosis, scoliosis, shoulder and neck issues, tennis elbow, tendinitis, back issues, injuries, and plantar fasciatis among others conditions. We can have an ongoing dialogue with any other therapists you are working with.
