Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best.
