It was a very busy day, two days before Christmas. I had several bags of food and somehow after the items were scanned, I was missing a store bag with some items and a bag of apples. They either were put into someone else's cart by mistake or I forgot them in my rush to leave. When I realised this prior to preparing dinner, I rang the store to explain the situation. Spoke with Danny and he said there was no problem, to just bring in the receipt, even after we get back from the UK in January!

Sue spent a lot of time making sure we had all the information and options available to us to make a decision. She was also able to retrieve information on an earlier purchase we had made so we could see if we wanted to match it. While being new to the store she was very helpful and in no way high pressure in her dealings with us.
