Let me start by saying that Venus was great! She made the entire process super easy and attended to all my concerns until I was satisfied. If anyone is looking to hear better she's the person to go to! She genuinely cares, and it is noticeable that her concern is to make her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. Although the hearing aids were not purchased at this location, the staff did everything possible to have my mothers aids fixed. We had made numerous calls to the location where the aids had been bought , but no one called back to see what was wrong.
