I have had my hearing aids for close to three years. They are an excellent product, however I have had a couple glitches, mainly due to my own carelessness. I have found the assistance provided by both Kristen and Lisa to be amazing. On separate occasions, they have each resolved the problems, and restored full function, with no charge for expertise and helpful, positive attitudes.
