Dr. Sid Freedman is a clinical psychologist. His goal is to help patients help themselves by teaching them coping skills using both Clinical Hypnosis and Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy. Dr. Destun has been working as a psychologist in private practice in London, Ontario since 1999. She and her associates are registered doctoral level clinical psychologists, meaning that they possess a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology, and are registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. They are trained and experienced in providing psychotherapy to help individuals and couples to overcome problematic patterns of thought and behaviour in order to live happier more fulfilling lives. Dr. Destun's practice is geared toward a wide range of presenting problems, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, couple therapy, chronic pain and personal growth. Each psychologist within the practice has their own unique approach to therapy, as well as their own areas of particular interest. We provide insight-oriented, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to both adults and children.

As a Clinical Psychologist it is my privilege and pleasure to offer psychological services to individuals and couples ages 18 to 65. I provide treatment for emotional, relational, sexual, and characterological issues.
