Anyone living in Centre Hastings, Madoc Township or Tudor may borrow material from Madoc Library free of charge. A non-resident fee of $15.00 per person, $30.00 per family will be charged for persons living in other townships.Persons with a valid library card from Marmora Public Library and Tweed Public Library may borrow material from Madoc and patrons from Madoc library may borrow from Marmora and Tweed as long as material is returned to original library.
The Haliburton County Public Library Board was established in 1965 and provides public library services to the residents of the County of Haliburton through the Haliburton County Public Library under the terms of the Public Libraries Act (1984). The Board is appointed by the County of Haliburton under terms outlined in the Act; funding is provided by the County of Haliburton and the Province of Ontario.

The mandate of the Campbellford-Seymour Heritage Society is tofoster an awareness of local history and pride in the heritage of the community of Campbellford/Seymour within the Municipality of Trent Hills.The Heritage Society was founded in January 1983, and affiliationwith the Ontario Historical Society was quickly established. Monthly meetings were initially held in members' homes, at the town council chambers, and at the Campbellford District High School library.

Plans For A Library In Bromley Began In 1977. In January Of That Year, The Bromley Township Council Called An Open Meeting To Present An Agreement Between The Township And The Renfrew County Catholic School Board. This Agreement Was The Beginning Of A What Would Become A Shared Library Between St. Michael'S Elementary School And Bromley Township. The Admaston/Bromley Publicy Library Is One Of Only Two Libraries In Ontario To Have Such A Unique Character. Our Library Continues To Grow And Change As New Technologies And Services Become Available.
