The Library is under the management and control of the North Kawartha Public Library Board. The Board formulates and establishes rules (by-laws, policies and procedures) governing the operation of the Board and the Library to deliver effective library service.
Clarington Public Library (CPL) is an active and valued cornerstone of the community. We deliver innovative, quality services and programs out of four locations in Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle, and Orono. Our supportive and friendly staff will help you find what you are looking for and make you feel welcome. We provide the community with free wifi hotspots, quiet study spaces, meeting rooms, access to books, magazines, DVDs, video games, online resources, audiobooks, and eBooks. The mandate of the Campbellford-Seymour Heritage Society is tofoster an awareness of local history and pride in the heritage of the community of Campbellford/Seymour within the Municipality of Trent Hills.The Heritage Society was founded in January 1983, and affiliationwith the Ontario Historical Society was quickly established. Monthly meetings were initially held in members' homes, at the town council chambers, and at the Campbellford District High School library.
