I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.
