The Downtown Physiotherapy Clinic was opened in Kingston in May of 1996. It is owned and operated by Stephen Lawless, a registered physiotherapist with 30+ years of experience, including 20 years as the head varsity sports therapist at the Royal Military College of Canada. The clinic provides musculoskeletal physiotherapy treatment to persons of all ages who have back and neck pain, orthopedic injuries, sports, work or motor vehicle injuries and those going through post-surgical rehabilitation.
I started seeing Steve at Downtown Physiotherapy after a neck injury left me unable to turn or move my head and I was in a considerable amount of pain. Steve was able to get me in right away, completed a full assessment, & then started a course of treatment. Steve takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. Steve is a very compassionate and caring person that genuinely cares about each of his patients. I would highly reccomend Steve to anyone that requires physiotherapy!Read more
