WALK IT OFF Spinal Cord Wellness Centre Inc and Physiotherapy is a Not-For-Profit organization that provides Activity-Based-Therapy, education and support to those living with neurological dysfunction, specializing in spinal cord injuries (SCI). We use a unique SCI recovery method that conditions the entire body: Our focus is to stimulate the non-functioning areas of the body through core strengthening and repetitive load bearing exercise. Our program assists clients in maintaining muscle mass and bone density to provide the physical foundation to compliment other therapy programs and to coincide with future medical advances. Barbara Paull is a British trained physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, UK. She immigrated to Canada in 1967 and has concentrated upon orthopaedic physiotherapy practice and post-graduate education for over forty years. She is an active member of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.

Barbara has designed and established on-site clinics in local industries, where physiotherapists provide ergonomic consultations and care for injured workers.
