I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. We had to complete some major renovations to enable us to move my in-laws into our home. Renovations included conversion of two bedrooms into one larger room, converting our bathroom with tub to a walk in shower and to take approximately 30% of our unfinished basement, and build a media room and full bathroom.
