I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. Just wanted to pass along a thank you to the wonderful staff at Action Plus. I had started a list at my desk for tasks for a student to do. On the list was Clean out microwave and Clean boot area. When I came in this morning I noticed a note from our action plus cleaning staff saying that they had cleaned the boot area.
