We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. Fantastic service. Got me out of a jam last winter. The guys that came to the house were great, really helpful. Provided me with heaters when they needed to wait to get my new furnace in. Cleaned up after they left. Started up the furnace this fall, and runs like a dream.
