Absolutely love this place, the service has always been friendly and fast unless you're going to bring more than 4 people as I've been to a party dinner here and the food was cold the wait staff was unorganized and they seemed very confused. When I've gone with just my family of 3 they have been amazing! Love the food!

I enjoyed working at this location for several hours. No one harrassed me about using the table for so long and the food was tasty and healthy so I didn't feel like I'd overindulged. That is, until a young Williams representative approached me and gave me a free Belgian Waffle slathered in ice cream. I certainly couldn't eat the whole thing; but now I know a great idea for treating the kids the next time we're out!

Great drinks, good food, amazing place! William's is a great place to hang around at for a while. With free Wi-Fi just bring your laptop and study, do business, whatever! I always go there to study for exams.

I have been coming here for 3 years and I find the food perfect and all for staff to be courteous, friendly and polite and the owners watch everything that goes on. If you want to go to a highly quality place then I would recommend here. You won't be disappointed.

Really impressed with the service received from City Pizza! I placed a large order for a Christmas party, and was happy with my experience from start to finish. When I initially called, all of my questions were answered. Delivery happened at the right time as requested and the delivery driver was pleasant! We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! Thanks to Austin and Katherine who did made the evening one of excellence!
