We had called Jim's Towing in the evening and were able to get them out to move a shed the following morning. Very impressed with their service. Doug from Jim's Towing assisted with this. This was a huge shed and extremely heavy. After already having a different company out who said they couldn't do it, Doug had the shed on the flatbed by himeself! KUDOS! We would definitely use their service again!

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. I got stuck in a ditch after taking a corner abit to fast and went down to the ditch. Luckily my car wasnt damaged. After being on hold for caa for half n hour and having to pay more because i do not have it, this mans daughter drove by and saw me and got him to come out of whatever he was doing to help me. He was nice, friendly and helped me out a lot because i have no idea how i was going to get out. He only charged 150 which was great! I gave him 175 for his great service. Would 100%recommend
