The Spatz Theatre is a 780 seat performance space designed to provide exceptional theatrical and musical experiences for Citadel High Students and the greater Halifax community. It also provides a valuable space for public and private lectures, events, meetings and conferences.

We began our Yoga and Health Center in 1997. Originally a small family based business, located on Coburg Road in Halifax, we outgrew our original space within a few years and expanded. Now on Quinpool Road, across from the Superstore, we have two suites for our health center and a separate space for our yoga studio.
