The Stretch and Strength class really helped improve my flexibility and core strength. Exercises are very innovative and challenging and the instructor provided excellent feedback. My private dance coaching was amazing!...the phenomenal skill and teaching ability of Karen Andrew really helped me improve my skills. The studio is very new and clean as well, with easy street parking in front, and its right off the DVP....very easy to access.

I have never had such excellent and professional service as I had with Afshar Dental Clinic. I have Dr. Afshar himself extremely understanding of the client's needs and the dental implant/dentures or just the cleaning services required. In my own experience, more than once he went out of his clinic hours to look after me. I conversed with other of his patients and they all had high praise not only for the dental service and expertise he provides but his humane understanding of his clients needs.

NataLee performed 4 deep cleaning and root planning sessions. No pain, no discomfort, and surprisingly relaxing. Dr. Christa Favot performed what was considered complicated extractions of 2 extremely impaled root fragments, 3 wisdom teeth , and 2 molars. Following surgery there was absolutely no pain and not even a hint of swelling. In fact I went to my daughter’s school barbeque that same evening and stopped taking pain killers the day after surgery.

Scientific research has failed to demonstrate any evidence linking amalgam to disease of any kind. Therefore, be wary of people who use scare tactics to persuade you to replace your old fillings to get rid of the 'poisonous' mercury. In fact you would need about 250 or more amalgam fillings in your mouth (which is impossible) to reach the daily maximum mercury exposure and it takes about 1600 years for the mercury to be released from a filling.
