Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.

The Stretch and Strength class really helped improve my flexibility and core strength. Exercises are very innovative and challenging and the instructor provided excellent feedback. I have Dr. Afshar himself extremely understanding of the client's needs and the dental implant/dentures or just the cleaning services required. Scientific research has failed to demonstrate any evidence linking amalgam to disease of any kind. Therefore, be wary of people who use scare tactics to persuade you to replace your old fillings to get rid of the 'poisonous' mercury. In fact you would need about 250 or more amalgam fillings in your mouth (which is impossible) to reach the daily maximum mercury exposure and it takes about 1600 years for the mercury to be released from a filling.
