I've been practicing hot yoga for 5 years now and have never found a place to call my yoga home until I found Breathe. The interior itself is absolutely stunning, the whole pace is immaculately clean, the classes and instructors are all great - lots of variety and every class and teacher is completely different. The studio itself is second to none! The soft candlelight makes it feel like you're engulfed in a cocoon - a really great smelling cocoon (unheard of for hot yoga!!). The front desk staff is always extremely friendly too. The best part though is that they're opening a 2nd location in McKenzie Towne! I can hardly wait. I'm sure it'll be even better. The Sunday buffet brunch at Thomson's has always been a family favorite but is now exceptional. Servers, managers, & kitchen staff all exhibit a strong service mentality. No request is too imposing. The quality of food is consistently high. The assortment ever changing. Arrive after noon, grab a table on the patio and enjoy a mimosa or 2 or 3. Free indoor parking's included with validation before you leave. I believe this to now be the best Sunday buffet brunch in the Calgary Banff corridor.
