I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.

Rusty really knew what he was doing and fixed an old treadmill where the plastic had broken holding the bolt that secures the roller, He used a large washer to provide strength and then taught me how to adjust it going forward. Very professional and someone who really knows his stuff. Only charged the service fee as no parts required.

Our Health and Fitness Club has changed lives through many different non-profit and donation programs we have supported and continue to support throughout the community such as the Terri Fox Run, Juvenile Diabetes, Monarch Place, Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis, New Westminster Annual Christmas food and toy drive.
