Recently Torque do a pre-MVI inspection on a used car I was considering and these folks saved my butt. They were extremely reasonable to deal with and were honest and forthright when they told me to run away from this vehicle. It was the best experience ever with the Perma shine company. Yes it takes a long time for the treatment of undercoating, but luckily I wwent home to wait. The staff were courteous, the office clean, but the biggest surprise happenned when the manager said" give us a few minutes while we wash your car." I had driven in from the country and the exterior was covered in dirt and pollen. I did not recognize my car when they drove it out to the lot, and the best surprise was the sparkling hub caps.
