Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. I purchased my 2006 Porsche Cayman S from Sam. Absolutely mint condition 10.5/10. Gorgeous car!! From my initial phone call to him handing me the keys, Sam is the consummate professional. He is passionate about his business and he makes sure that his customers are happy and well taken care of. Sam is a straight shooter, honest and very knowledgeble. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away.
