We had a magical experience. The enchanting glow of the miniature Christmas lights warmly lit our hearts. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We camped for one night in a lovely space next to the washrooms (which had great showers.) Next to our tent was a cabin adorned with Christmas lights. The site was clean and noise was no factor. We were able to rest our little heads for as long as we wished to dream. We will be glad to return to this campsite.

Golden Golf Club in Golden, British Columbia, is one of the most visually appealing courses in the game. At 2,590 feet above sea level and with Kicking Horse Mountain, the Canadian Rockies, Mount Seven, Holt Creek, and the mighty Columbia River as design elements, it's incomparable. Fittingly, the 11th has become the club's signature hole. Holt Creek tumbles and gurgles to the right of the tee boxes and traces that side of the fairway before crossing it in front of the green. From the elevated tees, you can see the green in the distance, the Columbia River straight ahead, and Mount Seven defining the horizon. The 11th is a classic par 4 on a spectacular golf course. With no out of bounds, and plenty of wildlife, Golden Golf Club is an unforgettably natural beauty.

Located right on the shore of Swan Lake, our park affords campers an exceptional opportunity to enjoy boating, fishing and Mother Nature in a serene setting. Sites are open to one another and look out onto the lake which is usually peaceful and quiet. Shores are marshy and host a variety of wildlife. Further out the lake is clean, swimmable and fun for all kinds of water activities. Our gravel boat launch and dock provide easy access to the lake. Pedal boats, canoes and a rowboat are free for campers use, and we have a couple standup paddleboards for rent.
