The owner and his son are the most courteous people with the cleanest garage but efficient that I have ever seen. These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. i got excellent service at Carstar on Rosemont Cornwall. i went for quote for a scrap at the front corner of my SUV. Did not take long at all. Ronnie and the Staff were super friendly and very professional.All it needed was a buffing and touch up with paint. When it was all done i was ready to pay for the repair, they did not charge me anything. So i want to say Thank you again. I will recommend Carstar for there excellent service.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. Small shop with some excellent honest mechanics. My car broke down and I was in town just for a few days and the Brown Cub team got me in and fixed the problem right away. Not only that but they came and picked me up at my hotel so I could get my car back.

I don't take my vehicle anywhere else! It is so difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust! These guys do great work without overcharging! If possible, I always try to arrange maintenance/repairs a week in advance because they are always busy.

I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)
