Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Service in the dept. that sells chicken pieces and salads has been
awfull at Bedford s/s.Today at around 5.30 pm the young guy that served us was great.Let us know that our 4 piece chicken pick could be increased to a 9 piece at only 2 dollars more.He did not have to let us know this but it was much apppreciated.we hope he will be there when we return for more chicken.Well done young fella.
