An excellent vegetarian buffet, a few staple dishes are always the same (dahl, aloo gobi, rice pilaf, lots of naan and pappadam) while a few dishes seem to go through a rotation. Dishes often taste a bit different every time, but always are delicious! Nice chai, and awesome gulab jamun for dessert too. The service can be a bit slow, but things have definetly improved over the last few years. A great spot for a yummy, convenient, filling meal.

So Agra Tandoori Restaurant is nicely air conditioned and on these hot days that is definitely a must have. The food quality, quantity, selections and reasonable pricing are great. The staff and service also very good. The tables are clean and maintained and this restaurant is centrally located between Vancouver and Burnaby. What more could any sane hungry person want?

There is a sign outside of the restaurant advising everything is made from scratch and asks for your patience. Definitely worth the wait. The naan was nice and fresh. We ordered the Sarahi chicken, chicken pakora and lamb vindaloo. All excellent. Family run business, very simple and modest looking interior / exterior with limited seating.
