Great experience with timelines set and were kept as promised, from first visit to time my car was ready. Updates were clearly communicated via text messages. Communications was excellent. Great staff, very helpful. More than fair in their buyback policies. They will only keep a certain number of any given title on hand so you may be refused a buyback on some items even if they are in good condition. Smaller selection but well worth the visit. They really care about the customer. Will visit again.
