I used this company to set up tents for my wedding. They were very prompt, friendly,and helpful. They were so good they made me feel comfortable when I was so stressed out about how everything would end up looking. It turns out that they did an amazing job. It was an amazing experience. We met with a car rental agent working with Routes at this location named Abby and she was so friendly and professional at the same time. She made sure we got our vehicle as quickly as possible inspite on long line ups. Very easy to deal with and she made our car rental experince a breeze.
Stongly recommend the company to take care of this employee and may be she is due for a raise or promotion. All the other staff was frindly and courtious as well.
