Pine Creek School Division has three priority areas in its Strategic Plan that we want to share with every member in our community: Priority Areas and Belief Statements Literacy and Numeracy for All, By All All students can learn and literacy and numeracy are the basis for learning. Each teacher, regardless of grade level or subject area assignment, shares the task of teaching literacy and promoting literacy and numeracy. Every employee of the school division takes a role in building literacy and numeracy. Plan and Assess with Purpose Instruction is a complex, purposeful task. Assessment serves different purposes at different stages of the learning process. Purposeful planning of instruction, learning activities and assessment must be undertaken to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
