Something is wrong with the people who gave this place a poor review. Go and taste for yourself! Atmosphere can be a little crowded and noisy, but depends on what time you go. Dinner is very quiet, while breakfast is louder. Busy restaurant = great food! It feels just like home when eating here, very friendly and service is A+. Server Kelly is especially excellent.

I want to thank Kimmie, our server for outstanding service! My sister and I were treating my ill Uncle and Aunt to a very special take-out lunch. She thought of everything and more to include, even the lobster bibs. The day was more than special and primarily it was due to her thoughtfullness! I'd heard about this place from several people I knew, but it was never a place that interested me. I think a big part of that was the location, in that silly little mall/office building.
We went there to celebrate my fathers birthday, and my first impression was that it was nice, but a little dark. In fact my mother had to step out into the "mall" area just to read her menu.
I ordered the shepherds pie (it was the cheapest on the menu and I'm not a big meat eater), as did my boyfriend. My mom ordered the chicken fried steak and my dad had the porterhouse. It took over an hour to get our food, the waitress claimed that the steak had to have some special magical way of cooking and that's why it took so long. The small of smoke and fire extinguisher told another story.
When our food arrived I thought "Really? That's it?". The portion seemed so small, and the side salad was laughable. However once I started eating I really enjoyed the meal, as did my family, and in the end I wasn't even able to finish it. Then we all got free desert, some sort of cheesecake thing that was pure awesomeness.
So in the end, we all really enjoyed our meals and would return again. Hopefully with a shorter wait though.

Great food and service. We haven’t been to a store in over 2 weeks because of Covid-19 and decided to get takeout Fish & Chips tonite. I order over the phone and was told to arrive at 5:35. They only allowed one person in the Restaurant at a time. My food was hot, fresh and plentiful.

My husband surprised me with a 60th birthday party in the Gazebo Room. What an amazing night! The staff did a wonderful job. The girls were courteous, friendly & very professional. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner! Would highly recommend!!

Excellent, first time here and the fish was well cooked. Good prices too. Best of all, if you're looking for gluten free take out, this is the place. They offer all there fish as gluten free batter, as well as GF tartar sauce, gravy and cole slaw.

itake my mother and friends at least twice a year to her friends cottage near Perth. it is 2 hours from Niagara almost to the second, and it is at a perfect place to rest and enjoy their fare. Always delicious, and they have the BEST lemonde! Above all else are the wait staff gals, Rachel, Maureen(Mo) and the wonderful older gal, who name escapes me but not her skills at doing her job with professional attitude...i will continue to stop there, because those three gals are, the best!
