We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year

Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. They're such wonderful people and always willing to go out of their way, the whole staff, to help you. They offer many services with a smile. Sorry for being overly complimentative but I can't help it, it is all true. 6 years ago, my husband bought a truck from Paul, and today it was my turn! Paul is an amazing car sales man who does not pressure you to buy a vehicle or try to sell you a more expensive one. We took it for a test drive a week ago, shopped around, and went back on Paul's day off to buy it, he was happy to come from Victoria to do so. He has been very helpful to us, and always honest. We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
