I’ve heard so many bad things about surrey memorial but honestly I’ve never had a better postsurgery care team. I just had a pharmacist come in and talk to me for an hour trying to make a medication plan and helping me understand all the meds and ensuring I won’t be in pain. I have like 6 different doctors that all tackle different aspects of my recovery that come in every day and see me and they are all great. The nurses and physiotherapists have all have been amazing, caring and kind.

I have been going to North Shore optical since my doctor told me I could benefit from reading glasses. The staff is hands down one of the friendliest staff I have ever met! My eye doctor tried to pressure me into buying glasses from his connected store but it made me feel uncomfortable and the glasses were sooooo boring! I'd seen North Shore optical on the street before so I thought I give them a try and boy I wasn't disappointed. I had this idea of big 80's style frames something big and comfy they didn't have exactly what I wanted but they took me through a catalog and showed me the perfect pair , they were so knowledgeable and patient! It actually seemed like they cared! Instead of the regular do you like any of these...No? oh well try some where else then. If you want to have a great optical experience hands down I cant recommend them enough they really know their stuff!

Great place to go. Had to get my foot x-rayed twice this year and both times the staff were super friendly and and I was quickly in and out of the office. Love the convenicence of their opening hours as I needed to be able to go before work.

I needed some work done on my teeth and my regular dental office could not fit me in to see them until the following week so I thought that I would give Sunrise office a call to see if I could get in there sooner. The receptionist was great and they actually got me in for an appointment the following day! Vinay did amazing work on my teeth and explained everything clearly so that I understood the work involved. Id highly recommend Dr.Vinay and the Sunrise Village Dental team, it was top notch!!

Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. I have a pug . This place is amazing !!! I can't explain!!! At a different vet they told me I had to drug him in order to cut his nails !!! I didn't think that was right at all . I did it twice ! I feel awful !! No one should be put out in order to get a simple nail trip !!!! This other vet didn't care to take its time at all !!! Makes me very angry !! There's no care for my little baby leroy !!! It makes me sick ! Until I came across a review for this animal hospital! I am so happy I did . It took 7 mins and my pug was happy . He wasn't running out of this vet ! I couldn't believe my eyes !! I highly recommend this place !! Thanks to someone that had a pug and wrote a review !
