The staff are amazing and they are all worth every penny and more! I have been a patient of this clinic from the 1st week they opened, I must say both the ladies (Fauzia & Charu) at the reception are doing a great job.....Keep up the good work ladies. Dr. Kahlon and Dr Girgis are great doctors, unlike other doctors they take time to listen to their patient. Can't think of going anywhere else....

Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received. I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! His nurse partner, Margaret, is efficient and friendly. A good team!

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.
