I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. They are my rabbit's veterinary clinic, and they are very knowledgeable and compassionate about her care. They are open and honest about their billing and what they do, and their prices are reasonable. I found the vet to be very honest about my rabbit's health and about test results and treatments to be done. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to others, especially those with household pets other than dogs and cats, as it can be hard to find clinics knowledgeable about these pets.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition.
