I am their customer for 10 years now. Very satisfied with everything. Very reasonable prices( I always buy a voucher), I have done sooooo many photobooks for my big family, all success. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.
