I have been dealing with K-W Sewing Machines for about 6 years and due to the great service and competence of the staff I will continue to go there in the future. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable, they make their customers feel like they are the only ones in the store and do not rush you in any way. They are very informative and encouraging of any projects you may be working on, Their machines are excellent quality as well.

I ABSOLUTELY love this store. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. I am an avid quilter and knitter and I always find the most unique yarn and fabric. This is by far my most favourite quilting and knitting store.
I do not know what Ayashino was even talking about in her review below. There is plenty of parking in the lot behind as well as street parking. I find the staff very helpful and way more friendly than big box stores. Also I am under 40 and they are wonderful to me. Also I think Ayashino might be making things up in her review because I have never seen embroidery yarn that expensive as she complains about.
This store inspires me to be creative and they teach me so many wonderful things. I can't recommend it enough!
