Jomar is an architect, designer, builder, 3D modeller, graphic artist, web developer and an entrepreneur. He studied B.S. in Architecture at Mapua Institute of Technology, Intramuros, Manila in 1994 and started his career as a working student. Beginning in 1995, his work experiences includes 5 years in scale model building, 6 years as manual draftsman, 3 years assistant teacher in an international school, more than 15 years in CAD drafting, about 13 years in 3D image rendering, practiced 7 years of professional architecture and construction project management in the Philippines, and 7 years in graphic arts, web development and business management. Most of these experiences were done simultaneously.

My goal is to help your piano sound and play its best! Consistent tuning and regulation help keep your piano in tip top shape. I will enter attics and perform a proper inspection of the attic structure and its components. I have taken courses relevant to Residential Inspections and Code related courses. My knowledge of building Science helps identify future issues before they happen. I go beyond my Standards of Practice to give my client the best inspection possible. I actively show pictures of inspections on Facebook of homes and the issues I find on a regular basis. My reporting software allows me to show my clients pictures of problem areas in detail. This allows my client to refer back to the report and helps reference issues that need to be addressed. Tech 9 Home Inspections has been in business since 2010.

Hi Tech Installations Ltd. is a premier company specializing in the construction of new and upgrading of granular fertilizer storage and blending facilities. Owner Evan Michaud launched the company in 1996 in a small home office, after working in the fertilizer industry for 8 years. The business has grown over the past 11 years into a major supplier of fertilizer equipment. Hi Tech moved to a new, larger office in November, 2006 to keep up with the growing needs of their client base throughout Western Canada and parts of the US.
