I recently bought a new vehicle and Real Insurance did not transfer over the insurance I was already paying into instead they charged me for new insurance. Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances.
