I must say that the previous post is extremely dramatized, and someones in-aquatic post slanders persons without holding any kind of weight due to free posting on this section. Kaitlin is by far respectful, professional and on her game. I have never had any problem with the service, beverage or food ( and i love my beach bar ) at this starbucks or with Kaitlin.
The overall service at this location is top notch ! The people working here should be very proud of themselves to be able to serve the hundreds a day with the same quality and service as the first person that enters the doors when its open in the morning ! I rate the store and all employees 10/10 thanks for your continued dedication to all downtown persons !

I have only ever had wonderful experiences at this store. They are honest and fair. They do amazing work in record time. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and always have great ideas. I do not deal with any other jewelers. They are the best!
