We hired Alvarez Roofing for our home back in 2008. We needed to replace some of the plywood on the roof deck, get new shingles as well as deal with a sunroom which was leaking and had a very low slope. When we got our quote they explained everything clearly and gave us options that suited our needs. We were thrilled with the results and as a bonus the sunroom is much quieter now. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with solid workmanship!

The metal roof has not only given my home a completely new look but has added insulation value. For the last 2 summers I barely turn on the air conditioning, just leave the windows open, and sometimes turn on the ceiling fans. The service was excellent. The installers arrived a few days before the install and took the measurements. The work was completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I feel I got good value and have no regrets.
