Counselling can help you understand yourself and others around you. For the last 15 years, I have worked with youth and young adults in residential, educational, community and clinical settings. Your beliefs may not match with those of your family or friends -- that can be frustrating. You may be questioning where your life leads. Counselling can help. My practice is small, and growing.
