Norbert`s class is unique among yoga classes. He is very attentive and provides gentle corrections to each student without singling anyone out. His belief that each student must work from where they are rather to benefit from the kriyas shines through his teaching. He adjusts his pacing to his student`s needs but you end up going further than you thought you could - doing the poses correctly. The studio overlooks a garden and feels welcoming. Not only was Faz dedicated to finding the root causes of my body aches, blockages and pains but he showed patience and paid close attention to what my body needed. Initially I went through a sort of shock when he started with the actual massages, but after a second visit my body was much more relaxed and could enter easily into a meditative state. He has also left me with homework so to speak, small stretch routines, etc. I can tell his intuition is transactional with all clients and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
