A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. Typical chain resto.. but looks like they have a format that works! They still hire the typical kids to run the place, but they have a plan in place to help ensure the customers' satisfaction. They do everything they can now, to ensure everything is in the bag before you leave the takeout window, and the food is quite good, for what it is too!
One time recently, there was something missing, I called, and the manager on duty took care of me appropriately.
