I have had neck and back pain for years as a result of bad posture, among other things. That is, until I started seeing Shannon! She does a great job finding the root of the pain you are feeling and she can explain why the pain spreads like it does. On top of a fabulous deep massage, she gives you homework to do as well...stretches and exercises, ways to improve posture, and things to watch for. All of this combined has given me so much relief from what used to be daily neck and back pain. Thank you Shannon!
