He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again!
