Andrew Rafail is an experienced coach, trainer, and competitor, with over 20 years of experience in the horse industry. In 2009, he built the new barn and arena and began coaching full time.

Family owned and locally operated NOCO, founded by Reginald B. Newman in 1933, began by delivering coal to residential customers with its one-truck fleet. A few short years later, NOCO expanded by adding the delivery of heating oil to homes, and eventually expanded once again by delivering lubricants and fuels to commercial and industrial businesses. The one-truck fleet started by Mr. Newman has grown to over 165 trucks run by the third generation of Newman's. In 2001, Jim and Mike Newman were named President and Executive Vice President, respectively.
